Pinch out the tips of side shoots - it will force out others,
also they can be cut back quite hard in spring. Pot up the cut pieces and if you do lose the begonia you'll have another! Some varieties actually need to be restarted this way, geraniums tend to need the same.
Reply:pinch it back half way and fert , if this is going to be inside , it need more light to keep the extra leaves on and flower , since it is a tuber re potting will help with a good potting soil , if it is coming from outside in , just pinch back part way and give it light water less and wait for a next years time again Ron
