Ap bio plant help!?

Theres a begonia (C3) sugarcane (C4) and a cactus (CAM).

The begonia and sugarcane die in that order but the cactus lived in a sealed container that received water and sunshine.

Why do those die and the cactus live? Thanks, i can't find this in my book anywhere !

Ap bio plant help!?
Because cacti have been built for extreme conditions, unless someone over-water's them though they die slowly.

Plus their photosynthetic cell membranes act differently from other plants, it's what helps make cacti bodies fulfill their structures.
Reply:begonias and sugar cane especially need a buttload of water. A cactus doesnt need much to survive. Maybe that could help u out
Reply:Okay thats really easy to figure out its called what you learned combined with what you already know. Its the type of question that ISNT going to be found in your book. Cactus live in deserts right? So their built to survive in extreme conditons right? And wiht little water right? The other 2 pooalnts probably arent right? so there you go thats something you know.
