A gravy powered steam engine has run over my begonias. What should I do?

Enclose the begonias in a jar with hot water and shake. The clumps should be removed.

!@#$%^%26amp;*Sweeeeet.

Reply:While my sympathies are with you over the untimely demise of your precious begonias, one can only say that you should have known....after all, the very name itself is derived from "Be-gone-ias"...really just an early warning system arranged by Swedish Engineers.

The gravy powered steam engine - now THAT is impressive. Does the efficiency change mush if you run white gravy or brown? Does it require regular oil changes? What is the optimal operating temperature for the steam engine? Does this make the gravy burn?

But I digress...perhaps you should plant something a bit more sturdy.....like.....California Raisins. (they can even put on shows and bring in an small weekend income)
Reply:sue them. . . . .
Reply:well you could....get a pudding powered steam engine which is much larger and go run over the one that killed your precious begonias

OR

you could take the sensible (boring) way and sue them.....if i were you I'd choose the first....its more fun *and* you get to destroy stuff!
Reply:Tuberous or wax begonias? If they were wax begonias pull up the remains and compost them. If they were tuberous dig up the tubers and store in a dry paper bag in a dark place with a constant temperature above freezing once they have a chance to dry off a bit, then compost whats left. Plant them again next spring with the eyes facing upward. Then plant a autumn/winter crop, like ornamental kale and chysanthemums. Belgian mums are the best on the market now in my opinion. They are full and rounded with an extended flowering period. I hope this helps.
Reply:Put some 'taters on to boil and chase that sucker down! Unless it's powered by *** gravy...durrrr errr eh errrrr
