this is a bulbed plant. The stalk is reminiscent of a begonia.
It actually reminds me of an angel wing begonia... but it has not flowered.
In case you can't see the pics, I will describe it:
I it just started shooting up last week even though it has been outside all summer. It shoots up fast with a mottled green/brown smooth stalk.
The leaves are symmetrical, like wings with an odd number of "leaflets" in diminishing size from the central leaflet going outward in both directions.
No flowers in two years.
Any ideas?
