My angel wing begonia is outside. some of the leaves are getting papery on the edges and that area is shrivel

The shriveled spots are on the edges only.

Not sure where you live but begonias dont like a lot of sun. Is it in partail shade? Also its been very hot here and maybe dryness could have caused this. Maybe a combination of the two.
Reply:it may be frost that has caused this damage or it might be poisoned
